Welcome to QRDb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our URL shortening, QR code generation, white-label routing, and event notification services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse our Services. Specifically, you shall not use QRDb to:

• Generate short links or QR codes that redirect to illegal, malicious, phishing, malware, or sexually explicit content.
• Send unsolicited spam, deceptive marketing, or messages that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or any regional anti-spam legislation.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures, rate limits, or reverse engineer our platform architecture.

We reserve the right to immediately disable any links, delete accounts, and report to relevant authorities if we detect abusive behavior.

2. Client Notifications and Campaign Compliance

If you utilize our smart emailing and notification modules to manage your audiences, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• Your messages will include clear opt-out (unsubscribe) instructions as required by law.
• You will bear full legal responsibility for the content and delivery of your messages. QRDb acts solely as a technological conduit and routing service.

3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms and Disclosures

When you provide your mobile phone number to QRDb for authentication or account notifications, you agree to the following terms and disclosures:

• Program Name & Description: QRDb Account Verification and Security Notifications. This program sends one-time verification codes (OTP/2FA) to verify your identity upon login or signup, as well as critical account security alerts.
• Voluntary Opt-In & Alternative Verification: Submitting your mobile phone number and opting into SMS messages is entirely voluntary. Receiving SMS messages is never a condition of purchase, subscription, or account creation. Users who prefer not to receive SMS messages may choose email verification or alternate authentication methods at any time.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and authentication requests (typically 1 message per verification or login attempt).
• Cost & Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.
• How to Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number in response to any message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you explicitly re-initiate verification.
• Customer Care & Support (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@qrdb.co or visit our Support Page.
• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and other mobile operators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy Protection: Your mobile information is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Intellectual Property and White Labeling

When utilizing our white-label service, you retain ownership of your custom domains and the specific content you link to. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the underlying QRDb technology, software, algorithms (including our 6-digit domain structures), and platform analytics interfaces.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". While we strive for maximum uptime and ultra-fast redirection, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We make no guarantees regarding the delivery success rate of messages due to the inherent reliance on third-party telecom networks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRDb and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, or from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including pricing plans (such as the $24.99/month white-label tier), with or without notice.
